Local husband and wife team Angie and Jordan Smith are the owners of the brand new local business PT Peak Fitness. If anyone understands the struggle of mum life and reaching your goals it is owner and operator Angie who has spent a majority of her life as a mum working with PGA NSW then a full time stay at home mum for several years before moving into the fitness industry.

In late 2019 Jordan and Angie started their own fitness journey with weekly PT sessions, even during the pandemic and lockdowns they continued their training and worked towards their goals being trained regularly in their backyard or in parks.

Angie states that she truly found her passion during her fitness journey and noticed her physical and mental health improving and now wants to share this with her local community, encouraging people and to educate how exercise can genuinely transform your life bringing with it a healthy body and mind.

Together Angie and Jordan have brought to life this brand new, privately owned fitness studio located above Coles in Oatley equipped with an extensive range of brand new cardio and strength building exercise machines including free weights.

Offering nearly 40 group class workouts weekly with 7 fun and energetic exercise programs including Hiit and Yoga, plus a DanceFit program, Youth fitness classes for 10-15 year olds run during school terms and Senior group Fitness, Stretch & Strength fitness making it an all inclusive fitness space for all ages and fitness levels.

Qualified trainers also provide Personal Training sessions customised to everyone’s fitness goals. 

Angie and Jordans core value is to create a fun, motivated fitness environment, providing professional services, sharing their fitness spirit, helping & encouraging people to achieve a healthier lifestyle in the local community. 

Taking credit as a privately owned business and not a Franchised fitness studio allowing PT Peak Fitness to be the flexible gym that you are looking for! Being able to adjust, customise or modify their programs is proving to be the draw card for busy parents.

Angie states that at PT Peak Fitness, ‘Our core value is to create a fun, motivated fitness environment, providing professional services, sharing our
fitness spirit, helping & encouraging people who are wanting to achieve a healthier lifestyle in our local community’. 

Facilities are available from 5:30-8pm Monday-Friday to ensure the quality of the training sessions.
A maximum of 5 bookings per hour are taken for use of the facilities to avoid overcrowding, intimidation, noise and to really focus on creating that sense of community. Angie Chen- Smith – Owner & Group Fitness Instructor

Expertise: Group Fitness, Fluent in Mandarin and achieving fitness goals with 3 kids.

Angie believes fitness is not an exercise program for short-term but a long-term lifestyle choice for maintaining a healthy mind and body and wants to help busy mums seeking a fitter, healthier life.

Jamie Kaye – Personal Trainer / Group, Youth & Dance Fitness Instructor

Expertise: Group Fitness, Dance based fitness, Body fat loss and recomposition, strength & conditioning training, Pilates based Stretching, Youth Fitness.

Jamie grew up dancing and pursued this full time, developing her unique program ‘DanceFit by Jamie’. After having her 2 children she found herself desperately struggling with her mental health & weight, changing her life was do or die. Fast forward a few years, Over 30kgs of weight loss and a new outlook on life, Jamie became a qualified fitness instructor.

Jamie loves helping her clients with a holistic approach to exercise and aims to make in enjoyable and sustainable long term.

Prem Kumar Kolloju – Personal trainer / Group fitness instructor / Yoga Instructor

Expertise: Body transformation, Strength and conditioning, Muscle gain and fat loss, Contest preparation, Body posture and alignment, Yoga.

Prem believes everyone deserves the right to good health and to be happy with themselves inside and out .

Prem is driven by the passion to help people succeed, no matter where you are in your fitness journey or whatever you’ve tried before, he is determined to become the ignition you need to fuel your goals.
