Etiquette to Trick or Treating in the Georges River area!
Lastly, some housekeeping!
Trick-or-treating is one of Halloween’s most beloved traditions, but there’s a bit of etiquette that comes with the fun to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone. Here are a few key guidelines to keep in mind:
1. **Only Knock on Decorated or Lit Homes** If a house has its lights off or isn’t decorated, it’s a polite signal that they aren’t participating in trick-or-treating. Respect their choice and move on to the next house.
2. **Be Polite and Say “Thank You”** Good manners go a long way. Always thank the person handing out candy, whether they give you a big handful or just one piece.
3. **Take One Treat Unless Invited for More** It can be tempting to grab a fistful of candy, but if a house has a bowl out or someone is handing out candy, make sure to take only what is offered. If they say, “Take as much as you’d like,” then feel free to grab a little extra.
4. **Be Mindful of Time** Trick-or-treating typically happens early in the evening, so avoid knocking on doors too late. After 9:00 PM, it’s best to call it a night, as many families may be winding down.
5. **Practice your Tricks** Brush up on those cool party tricks, Dad Jokes or dancing moves incase the home owners asks for a trick! You don’t want to be caught off guard if asked!!
6. **Respect Other Trick-or-Treaters** If younger children are also out, be patient and give them space. Halloween is fun for all ages, so make sure everyone feels safe and included. By following these simple tips, you’ll ensure a fun, respectful, and sweet-filled Halloween night for everyone!

Clinical Psychology from the comfort of wherever you are.
Psychology is the study of people’s behaviour, cognitive, attitude, performance, and mental functioning. A unique tool used to better understand and help people with psychological disorders, treat mental health problems, improve the education system, workplace behaviour, relationships and much more.
Therefore throughout our lives there may be times when we need a little extra help navigating a certain situation or multiple things at once, but finding that help can sometimes prove difficult. Especially since Covid.

Growing up Tia was often in her own world and introverted. Spending a lot of time thinking about and being quite curious as to why people would act or think the way they do. Spending her days analysing her surroundings, Tia enjoyed helping her friends through hard times, finding it rewarding being able to support people emotionally. Business Hour is held every Thursday from 7pm – 8pm in our Community group. During this scheduled time slot, if you purchase an advertising package with MOTGR you will be able to showcase your business in the group. It’s an excellent opportunity to get noticed with our members!

A maximum of 5 bookings per hour are taken for use of the facilities to avoid overcrowding, intimidation, noise and to really focus on creating that sense of community. Jamie grew up dancing and pursued this full time, developing her unique program ‘DanceFit by Jamie’. After having her 2 children she found herself desperately struggling with her mental health & weight, changing her life was do or die. Fast forward a few years, Over 30kgs of weight loss and a new outlook on life, Jamie became a qualified fitness instructor.

Commencing her career as a newborn photographer many years before starting her own business, Marie has always had a passion for photography and states that she “feel’s very lucky to be doing what I love”.
2022, marks a huge milestone for Marie, who has been running Marie Berroa Photography for 10 years. Marie states it’s been quite a journey by way of learning and perfecting her craft through attending courses, workshops and endless practice, and then naturally creating her own style.
